Is summer knocking on the door? 🌞 This weekend, Grenoble is gearing up for a toasty 27°C. 🌡️ Time for a refreshing retreat! We’ll embark on a 45-minute drive 🚗 and anchor at Cognin-les-Gorges, nestled at the foot of Vercors. Our hiking adventure begins here. 🥾 We’ll befriend the forest 🌲 and saunter alongside the Nan river within the “Gorges du Nan” canyon. 🏞️ Post-canyon escape, our journey ascends through Vercors to the quaint village of Malleval-en-Vercors. Here, we’ll honor history at a resistance memorial 🎖️ and explore the local church ⛪. 🕊️ Beyond the village, our path rises to cultivated lands, then plunges back into the forest, spiraling down to where we started. 🔄 Our Vercors loop concludes, and we’ll return to Grenoble by car. 🚗💨
