## 🏓 Pickleball Social Event — Come Play & Connect!

Join us for a fun, friendly Pickleball Social where you can meet fellow players, get some great rallies in, and enjoy an afternoon of community sportsmanship.

### ✅ What to expect

• 2 hours freeplay for 1 standard court and 1 kid's court
• Friendly games and rotating play
• A welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels
• Good exercise, and even better company
• Paddles & balls provided with venue rental
• Bring water
• Wear sportswear and non skid marking shoes

### 🔔 RSVP reminders

• Please confirm your attendance by paying the venue rental deposit (approx $100-130) to host. Host will DM you details.
• If anything changes, update your status at least 24 hours beforehand so we can let others take the spot.

• This includes liabilities or claims arising from injuries, property damage, or other losses, whether caused by negligence or any error of judgment by organizers, hosts, or other participants.
• Participation is at the player’s own risk.
• Players are responsible for their own insurance coverage and may contact their insurance provider directly regarding any incident or claim.
• Play is participant-driven and self-directed; players may choose to join, rotate out, or leave at any time at their discretion.
• The host/organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any aspect of the event, including groupings, schedule adjustments, safety considerations, or rules for play.
• All activities are voluntary and intended for social purposes only. Participants understand and accept that pickleball involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, strain, and other injuries. Participants further acknowledge that the Lifehouse International Church sponsoring organization(s) and related parties have no direct association with these activities.

No Show Policy:

• Participants who do not show up for three scheduled sessions may be removed from the group.
