A gentle 1.5-hour online workshop to slow down, create, and feel better, especially if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, chronic pain (including fibromyalgia), neurodivergence, or simply want to break loneliness and reconnect in a calm, supportive space.
No experience needed.
Just a simple, welcoming environment to paint, draw, color, or collage at your own pace, without judgment.
Includes a short optional mindfulness and exercise and a creative theme to get started.
### Who is it for?
For anyone experiencing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or neurodivergence (including autism), who would like to:
- engage in a gentle, creative well-being activity from the comfort of their home
- reduce isolation and share a simple, judgment-free moment in a small, supportive group (tea welcome ☕)
- explore new perspectives and deepen self-understanding
- practice mindfulness meditation (short optional exercise at the beginning)
