Détails
<< Hello all! Just an update here that our Niçois wine degustation event has started to book out.
Your deadline for getting a ticket is Sunday evening.
Tickets can be purchased on our Weeze page :https://rebrand.ly/Bellet-wine-tasting-Nice
PRE-BOOKING is ESSENTIAL.
The event will take place Wednesday 17 December : 18:00. >>
This is a small group tête-à-tête wine dégustation especially designed for the Anglophone community on the Riviera.
Come discover the taste, history, and nuance of Nice’s very own terroir - the Bellet appellation.
It is tiny and urban, but has a long, enigmatic history dating back to Nice’s greek roots in the 5th century.
Limited to a group of just 6 participants, this guided 1.5 hour wine tasting will showcase four characteristic Bellet wines from the hills of Nice - hosted in English with a sprinkle of useful French terminology.
Together we will share and explore 4 different expressions of Nice's main grape varietals:
- Braquet - rosé
- Rolle -white
- Folle Noire - red
No wine knowledge needed — this is about curiosity, discovery, and developing connoisseurship as a pleasure.
The tasting will take place at Kai's Monkey Business - a delightful, intimate bar filled with antiques and ancient curiosities.
Located near the Garibaldi stop of the Ligne 1 tramline at the port, we will begin at 18:00 so you can easily link to any onward dinner plans you have that evening.
Guests must be 18 years of age, or older.
Cost is 48€ per person. Get your ticket here.
