Alpine binary packages and SBOM

Abstract
Alpine Linux is widely used by open source community for building microservices due to simplicity, security and size. EU resilience act and white house cybersecurity executive order adds new requirements related to vulnerability management and evidence of software composition. The BOM Resolver is designed for rebuild of binaries in isolation based on autogenerated SBOM. The resolver generates validated evidence required and still preserves the simplicity of Alpine Linux.
