In this session, I will guide you through breathing practices where, even after just one session, you will feel relief from anxiety and pain, and experience a greater sense of relaxation, happiness, and freedom.
We will start with right way of breathing, and breath hold work out which has many physical and emotional benefits and then end the workout with Pranayam

Note - Please bring the your Yoga Mat
