Through meditation, we develop the ability to observe our thoughts, emotions, and circumstances without becoming overwhelmed by them. This gentle and simple practice of inner detachment does not mean withdrawing from life; rather, it allows us to engage with life more peacefully, wisely, and effectively.

We'd like to welcome you to a Free Meditation Meetup with our special guest Jack from the US, a practitioner of Sahaja Yoga for more than 30 years, who will talk to us about maintaining our inner peace no matter what storms come our way.

This is a very simple, effortless, and spontaneous meditation technique also known as Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja meaning spontaneous and Yoga meaning union with one’s true self. Through meditation we connect to our true self and feel the peace within. This happens when we reach a state of thoughtless awareness and go beyond our mind and thoughts.

All the sessions are free and everyone is cordially invited. We normally sit on chairs. There is no need for mats and no special clothing is required.
