Hike: Herrenberg old town and forest of Naturpark Schönbuch

• Distance: approx. 17 km ---- Height Difference approx. 250 m
• We meet 09:45 AM in Klett Passage entry S-Bahn near bakery Le Crobag ==> Please be on time!
• OR you come by car to Herrenberg Train Station. We meet you there 10:50 AM at the Station -- parking is available.
• Please wear light hiking boots and bring some rain-, sun-protection and enough drinking water.
• We will stop in the middle of the hike by Sommertalsee and have a snack break.
• To the end of the hike, we would make a break at Biergarten of Wald Herrenberg Seilgarten or another restaurant near to the train station depending on the weather.
• Refreshment/food is on your own account. The possibility to buy snacks und beverages only in the beginning of the hike.
• In case of accident, neither the Metropolitan Club Stuttgart nor the organizers of this event assume any responsibility.

Details:
The hike leads through the Herrenberg old town to the meadows and forest of Naturpark Schönbuch. It is the circular trail.
Highlights: View points Am Kapf, Am Alten Rain, Schönbuch Turm, Waldwiese, Sommertalsee, Herrenberg Old Town, Fallow Deer Enclosure.
