Join us at our morning Zoom session with gentle QiGong experience for the cooler season. of the year.
We'll pay special attention to our lungs. Metal Element movements, including also the invigorating exercises for the spine, legs, and digestive tract.
No prior knowledge needed—everyone seeking healing for body, mind, and spirit is welcome.
QiGong, an ancient Chinese practice, combines slow movements, breath attention, and meditation for body strength and flexibility.
Sessions suit all fitness levels. Wear comfy clothes and flat shoes, or bare feet.
