1ère étape :
🥗 Déj-picnic dans le jardin de la Cathédrale de Reims (n’oublie pas d’emmener ton déjeuner : sandwich, salade, plat préparé… et boissons, snacks, gourmandises à partager si souhaité)

🏰 Visite de la Cathédrale de Reims, où la plupart des Rois de France ont été sacrés ! (25 rois y ont été sacrés entre 1027 et 1825, notamment Louis XIV, dit le Roi Soleil, en 1654 !)
Inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, la Cathédrale de Reims une des réalisations majeures de l’art gothique en France, tant pour son architecture que pour ses 2 303 statues ! A découvrir !

2ème étape :
😍 Flânerie dans le célèbre village UNESCO berceau du Champagne avec d’époustouflants panoramas sur les vignobles !
Situé au cœur de la Champagne et des coteaux historiques inscrits au Patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO, le village invite à la balade à travers ses rues sinueuses bordées de maisons champenoises typiques et épiceries avec des enseignes traditionnelles en fer forgé.
Entouré de collines recouvertes de vignes, le village pittoresque abrite également la tombe de Dom Pérignon, pionnier dans le processus de fabrication du champagne au XVIIIe siècle !

3ème étape :
🥂 Visite de cave à Champagne avec dégustation de 2 flûtes de champagne (tarif groupe 10€/pers à régler sur place)
Explications sur le processus de fabrication du champagne par un viticulteur passionné qui vous fera découvrir un savoir-faire ancestral caractéristique à la région de Champagne (notamment le travail de la vigne et les vendanges, le pressurage, la fermentation alcoolique, l’assemblage, le tirage, le vieillissement, le remuage, le dégorgement, le dosage et l’habillage)
Possibilité d’acheter des bouteilles de Champagne à prix producteur à la fin de la visite!

Possibilité de flâner le long de la rivière en contrebas de la cave à Champagne, avant d’embarquer pour le retour à Paris 🚌

Located in the heart of Champagne and the historic hillsides listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the village of Hautvillers invites you to wander through its winding streets lined with typical Champagne houses and shops with traditional wrought-iron signs.
Surrounded by vine-covered hills, the picturesque village is also home to the tomb of Dom Pérignon, a pioneer in the Champagne-making process in the 18th century!

🥂 Champagne cellar tour with a tasting of two glasses of champagne (group price €10/person to pay directly to the winemaker)
Explanation of the champagne-making process by a passionate winemaker who will introduce you to the ancestral know-how characteristic of the Champagne region (including vineyard work and harvesting, pressing, alcoholic fermentation, blending, bottling, aging, riddling, disgorging, dosage, and labeling).
