I invite you to classes of Pilates for a Healthy Back —a unique practice designed to release tension, improve posture, and restore balance in your body.
Our sessions take place in a specially equipped studio in Nice, where we use wall ropes, balls, cushions, and other props to help:
✔ Gently lengthen the spine and relieve pressure on the joints
✔ Reduce back pain, headaches, and fatigue
✔ Improve sleep, boost energy, and uplift your mood
✔ Relieve stress and restore inner calm
You’ll feel noticeable lightness in your back and body after just one session!
I’m a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with 19 years of experience across 4 countries. I hold a medical degree and international certifications from the Iyengar Yoga Institute in India and Pilatei nstitute (UK). My approach combines deep anatomical knowledge with mindful movement, helping you achieve a healthy spine, strong posture, and a pain-free body.
