About the host/teacher
Pilar is a 300 hours certified vinyasa yoga, mat pilates and barre teacher, trained with koya webb and teaching in yoga retreats, events and personal training in france and switzerland, she believes you don’t need a fancy pilates studio, equipment or expensive gym memberships to get the right movements in , all you need is your mat , the right mindset and consistency! She will also share some exercises you can take with you to do daily that can make an impact physically and mentally✨

Aries lights up the night sky and invites us to connect with our inner fire, with our passion, with what moves us. This Super Full Moon in Aries asks us to be courageous, take action on our desires, and release that which no longer supports our growth.
After a brief intro, we will start by grounding into the moment with a guided meditation, and follow with the following journaling questions:
• What deeply moves you?
• What is a that fire inside of you saying?
• What do you need to release in order to make space for this?
• What are you willing to let go of?We will open the group for a conversation and close out with an oracle card pull so you can leave grounded and inspired.

Sip & Clay bye TOCA is a 2:30h creative escape where you'll explore the art of hand-building ceramics while enjoying a glass of wine and little snacks. I’ll guide you through each step, from shaping the clay to adding personal touches.This class is open to everyone - no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore! Pieces will be ready in approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of the workshop. Shipping, if needed, will be at the buyer’s expense, plus a 3€ packaging fee.
Additionally, pieces will be stored in the studio for up to 3 months from the date of the workshop.
