The DevRel salon has the pleasure to be hosted by leboncoin for its November 22 edition !

Let’s gather for a talk about managing and communities by Guillaume Grillat (🐦 https://twitter.com/grillatg ), a lunch, and good discussions between DevRels and curious devs.

What will we talk about:
As one of the country’s most visited websites (32 millions unique users per month), leboncoin is France’s go-to destination for buying, selling and matching top talents with great companies.
We're more 450 engineers and about 150 Product/UX people....and because (part of) our mission is to promote the second-hand market, we launched from scratch a green IT community with motivated tech & product colleagues, determined to learn new eco-friendly way of doing engineering (coding, storage, etc.) and conceiving our features.
Supporting communities has also become more significant in my job for a few years.
I'll tell you our story, from our/my hopes and fears to our concrete results, and what's next.
