The Concept:
In an era that often defines masculinity in narrow terms, there is a growing need for spaces where men can explore the full spectrum of their identity. The modern gentleman is not defined by a single trait, but by a commitment to growth, integrity, and purpose.
The Round Table is a weekly gathering designed for men to step away from the noise of daily life and connect on a deeper level. It’s a place to check your ego at the door and engage in candid conversations about what it truly means to build a meaningful life, career, and legacy. This is your invitation to find your tribe and forge lasting bonds of brotherhood in Da Nang.
- The Agenda: The Four Pillars of a Gentleman
Each session, we will gather around our figurative "round table"—a place where all men are equal. Our discussions will be guided by a loose framework designed to encourage introspection and honest sharing. Think of these as the four pillars we will explore together.
· The Mind: What are the ideas, goals, and intellectual pursuits currently driving you? What books, podcasts, or experiences have recently shifted your perspective?
· The Body: How are you showing up physically? This isn't about aesthetics, but about energy, health, and discipline. What challenges are you facing in maintaining your vitality?
· The Spirit: What gives you a sense of purpose and fulfillment? We’ll talk about values, resilience, and navigating life’s uncertainties and existential questions.
· The Legacy: How do you want to be remembered by your partners, friends, and community? We’ll discuss the impact of our actions and the kind of mark we want to leave on the world.
The session will begin with a guided round on one of these pillars, followed by an open-floor discussion where the conversation can flow naturally based on the group's energy.
- The Rising Gentleman's Code (Group Rules)
To maintain the integrity of our space, we ask that all members abide by this simple code:
· The Art of Listening: Give the man speaking your full, uninterrupted attention. We are here to understand, not just to respond.
· The Value of Punctuality: Respect the group’s time and the container we are building by arriving promptly. If you are running late, a quick message to Axel is appreciated.
· The Power of Presence: We are here to share experiences, not to fix one another. Refrain from offering solutions or advice unless it is explicitly requested. Sometimes, the greatest gift is a listening ear.
· The Strength in Disagreement: A gentleman can disagree without being disagreeable. We welcome diverse perspectives and ask that you appreciate the different paths that have led each man to the table.
- Keeping in Touch (Communications)
· RSVPs: Please confirm your attendance beforehand. If your plans change and you can no longer make it, a simple heads-up before the event day helps with planning.
