🎉 La Fête Médiévale de Dourdan, qui chaque année accueille pas de 20.000 visiteurs, revient les samedi 31 mai et dimanche 1er juin 2025 pour deux jours d'immersion au cœur du Moyen-âge. Entrée gratuite !

🥾🌿​​ Randonnée de 16 km autour de Dourdan, en plein cœur de l’Essonne. Le parcours, entre forêts, sentiers ombragés et champs vallonnés, offre de superbes points de vue sur la campagne environnante. Après l’effort, nous rejoindrons le centre-ville pour découvrir la fête médiévale organisée près du château. Ambiance festive, musiciens, artisans en costume d’époque et spectacles de rue nous plonge dans une autre époque. Une belle parenthèse entre nature et histoire !

Au sujet de Dourdan : Village celte puis cité gallo-romaine, berceau des Capétiens et ville royale depuis le X siècle, capitale du Hurepoix, Dourdan est aujourd’hui encore célèbre pour son château du XIIIe siècle exceptionnellement conservé et sa vaste forêt.

🕘 Départ : Rendez-vous 09h00 à la Gare du Nord au milieu du quai du train en direction de Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse (RER B). Le train partira à 09h20. Nous arriverons à la gare de Dourdan (Hôpital) à 10h26 par le Bus 9103.

🥾🌿 16 km Hike Around Dourdan – Heart of the Essonne Region
We spend the day on a beautiful 16 km hike around Dourdan, nestled in the heart of Essonne. The route lead us through forests, shaded trails, and rolling fields, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside. After the effort, we head into town to experience the medieval festival near the castle. A festive atmosphere, musicians, craftsmen in period costume, and street performances transporte us to another era. A perfect escape blending nature and history!

About Dourdan:
Once a Celtic village and later a Gallo-Roman town, Dourdan became the cradle of the Capetians and a royal city from the 10th century onward. Capital of the historic Hurepoix region, it remains famous today for its remarkably well-preserved 13th-century castle and vast forest.

9:00 AM – Gare du Nord, at the middle of the platform for the train to Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse (RER B).
Train departs at 9:20 AM.
We’ll arrive at Dourdan (Hôpital) at 10:26 AM via Bus 9103.

Bus 9103 at 4:00 PM from Dourdan Station → Gare du Nord (RER B) at 5:11 PM.
