Name: Agents in Operations: Supervision, Review, and What Goes in the File
Start: 2026-12-10T23:00:00.000Z
Location: 5216 Summerlin Commons Blvd

Model, provider, and hosting location are three different contracting facts, and most firms have signed up for all three by letting a staff member create an account. This session is the owner-level view of working with AI providers: what leaves your boundary, what never should, and how to keep the right to change your mind.
In 45 minutes:

* The three nouns owners mix up: the model, the provider API, and where the bytes are processed
* PII minimization in practice: stripping and masking before a model sees the file, and what logging still exists afterward
* The vendor-intake checklist: data terms, subprocessors, retention, training use, and the right to swap models
* Claims you can make to clients versus claims you cannot

Then open discussion: bring a vendor agreement you're unsure about (names redacted welcome).

When AI does part of the work, the work still has your name on it. The season closer is about operating agents like staff: who supervises them, what review their output gets before a client sees it, and what belongs in the file so you can reconstruct who did what.
In 45 minutes:

* Treating agent output as a preparer's draft, never as evidence
* Review controls for generated spreadsheets, memos, and PDFs (the failure modes are not the ones you expect)
* Supervision rules by role: who may use which tools, on which work, with whose sign-off
* A 2027 operating plan: three workstreams, owners, and dates, written before the holidays

Then open discussion, and a toast to the group's first quarter. Bring your biggest 2027 question.
