Name: Waterford Strings to the Sky: Kite Flyers Unite
Start: 2026-11-01T19:00:00.000Z
Location: Sorrento

Join us for an afternoon of kite flying at our favorite Waterford spot. Whether you've been flying kites for years or you're picking one up for the first time, this is a relaxed gathering to get together, fly, and enjoy some time outdoors with fellow kite enthusiasts. Bring your own kite, or come watch and chat with folks who are flying theirs. We'll be there rain or shine (within reason), so dress for the weather and come ready to have a good time.

This is a casual meetup—no competition, no pressure, just people who love getting their kites up in the sky. If you're curious about kite flying or just looking for a friendly community event, you'll fit right in. Families and newcomers are absolutely welcome. We'll wrap up in the early evening, but feel free to stay as long as you'd like.

If you're thinking about coming, please RSVP so we have a sense of who's planning to be there. We'd love to see you out on the field.
