Come sit in group silence to meditate, contemplate or whatever calls you.

Structure (shown in minutes past the hour since there are different time zones)

* :00 Please enter our space muted. As much as we like to be friendly and acknowledge each other, please do so with a smile and wait until 20 mins past the hour for any speaking.
* :01 Sit in silence and stillness for 15 minutes. Leaving your camera on is encouraged unless you know you cannot be reasonably still (e.g., if you are moving about or eating breakfast please turn your camera off while doing so)
* :16 Coming back, we continue in silence for a few more minutes. We encourage you to turn your camera on unless you know you can't be reasonably still.
* :20 Optional sharing of individual reflections on today's silence that contribute to the group's purpose. For instance: “I tried a new prompt where the only thing to think about is ‘I wonder what my next thought will be’ and it was really helpful” or “I started out feeling very distracted by the birds my roof, but I was able to reframe the irritation into an appreciation of how wonderful It is to be this close to nature” or “I hadn't done a body scan meditation in a while and I forgot how powerful it can be.”
* :25 Optional casual conversation begins (feel free to stay and chat for as long as you want.)

A few reminders:

1. Please mute yourself when you join - we will begin the silence at 10:01 ET / 7:01am PT.
2. We have received feedback that it's preferred to sit quietly before the actual 15 mins start, so when you join, please refrain from "chit chat".
3. After the 15 mins are up, we will let everyone know (so you don't need to keep track of time yourself).
4. If you need to drop off early, feel free to just exit the Zoom (no need to let us know.)

Fitness for the Undisciplined

This is a perfect tour for gardeners, dabblers, or just women who love to be in gardens. We visit secret gardens, have chocolate tastings, and take a 'hidden gardens of the Royal Mile' guided walk in Edinburgh. In Glasgow, we visit their Royal Botanic Gardens (very different from Edinburgh's) and eat lunch at a place recommended by Anthony Bourdain. Heading south, we stop at Alnwick Castle Gardens to tour their Poison Garden (with a guide!) and enjoy lunch in a treehouse. From there, we go to the ancient city of York and visit the beautiful gardens of Harlow Carr. We end our tour in London seeking out gardens on top of skyscrapers, in the ruins of churches, and a medicinal herb garden created in the 1600s to train apothecaries. We spend a day at the fabulous Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew and another day at the world-famous Chelsea Flower Show.

Each participant gets a year’s membership in the Royal Horticultural Society, which allows us into Members-only day at the Chelsea Flower Show and comes with a subscription to their esteemed magazine, The Garden. **This is an in-person event in Kirkland.**

Join us for our **Revel Walk + Talk** along the stunning **Kirkland waterfront**! We'll gather for a casual evening walk filled with connection, conversation, and fresh air. Whether you’re a regular Revel walker or new to our events, this is the perfect way to get moving, meet like-minded women, and enjoy the natural beauty of Lake Washington.
We'll start near downtown Kirkland and follow a scenic route along the water — about 3 miles. **We will send the exact meeting location closer to the event.**

We'll be joined by RevelEleven Founder Joanie Parsons and RevelEleven board member Kathy Cooper for this event.

There will be a NO HOST optional stop at a local bar/restaurant on the waterfront where we'll enjoy food, drinks, and good conversation, post walk.

At RevelEleven, we believe that community is built one step, one story, and one shared moment at a time. Whether you're looking for friendship, great conversation, or simply a reason to get outside, we’d love to have you join us.
