Hi all,
I'm Gal. I'm (nearly) 40. And I've gone through hell and back. I've had infertility, divorce, abuse, cancer and suffered (and walked away) from a family of narcissists. So I get it.

Qui sommes-nous ?
For the last 3 years I've been here creating spaces to share what I've learnt but most importantly allow others to support each other. My sessions are only 10 minutes of me and then everyone gets involved and helps and supports each other - it's beautiful, I'm so proud of this community.
