**Technique All Levels:** This class is designed to lay a strong foundation in the art of dancing in high heels. Each session starts with a comprehensive warm-up, focusing on essential elements such as proper footwork, impeccable posture and alignment. Learn to walk with confidence, creating elegant lines and mastering show-stopping sequences that flow seamlessly with the music.

**No prior experience required; it is designed for newcomers eager to explore the artistry and empowerment of dancing in high heels.**

**What to Bring:**

* **If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear stilleto booties open toe between 3.5″ to 4″ heel** to start and work your way to a higher heel. We also suggest heels with strong ankle support.
* Bring an outfit that is comfortable, flattering, and easy to move in; pants, cute little shorts, or leggings are great.
* **Knee pads** so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.

Hello! We invite you and your friends to join our fun weekly dance classes and events open for all levels students at the Motion Arts Center dance studio in downtown San Mateo! We are Gustavo and Jesica Hornos, dancers, teachers and directors of the studio. We create a very fun and friendly atmosphere for you to learn how to dance. Our mission at MAC is to spread fun, love and healing through the power of dancing, just come and have a good time and experience meeting new people!
