In one real-world example, a large enterprise platform team spent three full days with our trainer, Mallory, aligning on a shared platform vision and resolving stakeholder conflicts. By the end, they had a clear MVP and a plan to advocate for it across teams. This session draws from lessons like these to help you focus on what really matters. During this webinar, you’ll learn:

* How to show early value using metrics and fulfilling real team needs
* How to show platform impact early in order to get support from leadership

Mallory is Platform Engineering's workshop host with a background in customer support and success, full-stack software engineering, engineering management, and focusing on the strength of combining humans and technology.
