Laughing can provide a workout for your cardiovascular, pulmonary and respiratory systems. When you laugh, your diaphragm, chest and abdominal muscles tighten. This makes the lungs work harder by forcing stale air out and allowing fresh air deeper into the lungs. (According to the American Lung Association). This helps remove any tension in your body.

We laugh out loud for about 10-15 minutes with some deep breathing in between, TAPPING, Ho'Oponopono and a little AbunDANCE.

Everyone needs to have difficult conversations at times, whether self-initiated or requested by someone else. Yet many trauma survivors were steeped in secrets & did not learn how to have genuine, truthful conversations, or to give or receive constructive feedback. The result is too often another layer of “pretending” that keeps us isolated from real relationships.

The good news is that these skills can be learned! Once we put aside the fear of rejection or humiliation that often comes with the need for a difficult conversation, we can take steps to become more honest in our dealings with others and with ourselves. We can have the genuine relationships and authentic life we’ve always dreamed of!
