Yoga on the Blueberry Farm is back! Yoga in the Triangle is collaborating with Mini Acres Farm, Piece of Wild Flower Farm and Creative Healing with Rebecca to bring you an afternoon of wellness. Located 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Mini Acres is a peaceful oasis where you will feel transported away from the hustle and noise of daily life and be immersed in healing and nature.

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to invite you to an art picnic! We'll gather around a nice short table for a relaxing meditation and collage session, followed by a little reflection time. All supplies will be included, so just bring yourself and get ready for some creative fun!

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Build Your Own Bouquet)Brittney - Piece of Wild Flower Farm
Description: Join us as we use a variety of seasonal, locally grown flowers to create beautiful hand-tied bouquets. There will be a demonstration on creating a bouquet with a variety of flowers, followed by a creative time of making your own fresh flower bouquets focusing on height and visual variety. The scent, beauty and connection with nature that the flowers bring will aid in bringing joy to our afternoons! Bio: Brittney is the owner of a small, specialty-cut flower farm in Raleigh, NC, Piece of Wild Flower Farm. She grows a variety of seasonal flowers and places an emphasis on practicing sustainable farming methods.

4:00pm One Hour Yoga Class with Tiffany Candioti of Yoga in the Triangle: Relax into mind-body wellness with an all-levels yoga class held on the patio under the fans. This will be a gentle, breath-centered flow for all experience levels. Class will end with a peaceful resting meditation complete with cold scented forehead compress to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Tiffany is the founder and lead teacher of Yoga in the Triangle, a mobile yoga studio. Her yoga classes seamlessly blend music, breath, energy and relaxation for an uplifting and rejuvenating experience.

5:00 PM-6:00 PM (Pick Your Own Blueberries) Laura - Mini Acres Farm
Finish the afternoon picking your own blueberries. We have 6 different varieties and encourage you to try them all! You can pick a half gallon of these tasty treats.

Healthy Food Option Available. Visit with the Farm Animals. Enjoy this peaceful retreat just outside Downtown Raleigh. There will be just one date on the calendar for yoga on the blueberry farm this summer so I hope you are able to join.
