Guest speaker, Tanguy Crusson

Tanguy's the head of product for Jira Product Discovery - a prioritization and roadmapping app for PMs who reached 8000 customers a year after its launch and is one of Atlassian's fastest growing products ever. He spent the last 10 years incubating new products at Atlassian. 50% of them worked, 50% of them failed, and you can hear all about it in an upcoming episode of Lenny's podcast coming out on 16 June.

For the ProducTank Nice, Tanguy will walk us through how his team creates products. It's going to be a practical/hand-on session where Tanguy will share his screen so you can see how the team learns from customers, creates product strategies, shapes product roadmaps, iterates on features, works with designers and engineers, and measures the success of everything they ship - using the Atlassian suite, Pendo, Amplitude, Dovetail, Figma, LaunchDarkly and more. It's a bit about the team, a bit about rituals and ways of working, and a bit about tooling - but mostly about how these all come together.
