Alex di Gioia and Michele Brissoni - The AI-Coding Revolution: Spec-Driven
Détails
## The AI-Coding Revolution: Spec-Driven Development & Behavioral Engineering
Are you tired of AI producing "plausible-looking" code that completely misses the point? Traditional AI coding often results in cascading hallucinations and roughly 60% accuracy, leaving developers to spend more time debugging than actually creating.
It is time to move beyond simple prompt engineering and enter the era of Multi-Agent Orchestration. This talk introduces the 5D-Wave Framework, a disciplined approach that treats AI as a team of specialists—from Product Owners to Software Crafters—operating under strict behavioral guardrails and human supervision.
### What to Expect:
- The 5D-Wave Framework: Discover how to move a requirement through five distinct waves (Discuss, Design, Distill, Develop, and Deliver) to ensure validated specifications at every step.
- Adversarial Verification: Learn the "Secret Sauce"—using cost-efficient shadow models to peer-review code and catch hallucinations before they compound.
- The Paradigm Shift: See how to move from "code-first thinking" to 95%+ specification compliance.
- Live Demo: Watch an absolute requirement flow from a vague user story to production-ready architecture.
Format: 30-45 minute talk followed by a live coding demo.

## Meet the Speakers
The speakers are members of the SW Craftsmanship Dojo, an organization dedicated to socio-technical excellence through live remote Mob Programming.
### Michele Brissoni
Michele is a Tech Advisor, CTO, and Board-Level Strategist who helps enterprises move beyond simple transformation into true digital evolution. His background in martial arts and a pivotal experience with Ferrari’s Formula 1 team during the Michael Schumacher era reshaped his view on IT, proving that championship-winning principles can drive elite software performance. Over two decades, he has pioneered frameworks in Lean, Agile, and DevOps to redefine software delivery.
- Mission: "Stop transforming, start evolving in the AI-native era."
### Alessandro Di Gioia
Alessandro is a veteran software crafter with over 20 years of experience across start-ups and multinational corporations in London, Norway, and Italy. His approach was fundamentally altered in 2006 when he adopted eXtreme Programming (XP), which led to a holistic view of the software lifecycle. He is a specialist in refining complex legacy systems and is adept in both Object-Oriented and Functional programming, with a focus on scalable distributed asynchronous systems.
- Advocacy: Known for his commitment to clear, "obvious," and well-designed code.
