Este Taller lo dara Alexandra. 12 años de experiencia en diferentes disciplinas del movimiento, actualmente investigadora de los primeros chakras y sus beneficios con la danza, entre otras investigaciones, guardiana de la sabiduría ancestral. Este taller está pensado para mujeres que quieren reconectar con su cuerpo y su confianza interna desde un enfoque práctico, cercano y tangible. No se trata de teoría abstracta, sino de sentir y habitar tu energía de forma consciente. Objetivo: Volver a ti, recordarte quién eres y revitalizar tu mundo interior desde la seguridad, la confianza y la integridad. Qué exploraremos: 1. Conexión con tu base interna: * Trabajaremos con los primeros chakras, desde un enfoque práctico: * Chakra raíz: nos ayuda a sentir seguridad, estabilidad y capacidad de materializar lo que necesitamos. * Chakra sacral: nos conecta con nuestra energía emocional, permitiendo liberar lo que ya no nos sirve y abrirnos a nuevas formas de expresión y libertad emocional. Movimiento y cuerpo: * Aprenderemos a escuchar nuestro cuerpo a través del ritmo y la sensación física, descubriendo cómo la energía se manifiesta de manera tangible. * Practicaremos ejercicios de movimiento que te permitan sentir tu energía femenina como confianza, fuerza y conexión interna. 2. Herramientas para integrar: * A partir de lo que sientas en tu cuerpo, incorporaremos ejercicios prácticos que te ayuden a mantener esta conexión en tu vida diaria. * Aprenderás a transformar lo que recién descubres de ti en acciones y sensaciones concretas que refuercen tu seguridad y bienestar. Este grupo está basado en el trabajo de fusión de la formación actoral y el aprendizaje escénico a través de la creación de un montaje teatral a representar al final del curso en distintos teatros y salas de Barcelona. Se trabajarán temas relacionados con la creación escénica y el trabajo actoral, a la vez que se aprenderá a realizar un montaje teatral con todo el trabajo que ello conlleva delante y detrás del escenario. Aprendiendo a funcionar como una compañía teatral autogestionada. Este curso abre también la posibilidad de realizar más actuaciones y bolos una vez finalizado el curso. Avui us portem una activitat que ens fa especial il·lusió, i és que us proposem **un espectacle emblemàtic i molt nostre**, una representació tradicional dintre de la festivitat de Setmana Santa i que **tothom hauria de veure una vegada a la vida**. Si, marxem a Esparreguera per veure, a **primeríssimes files**, una representació espectacular, **La Passió**! **La Passió d’Esparreguera** **és una experiència cultural única** que combina *tradició, art i emoció*. Amb més de *500 actors, orquestra en directe i tecnologia escènica moderna*, aquest espectacle captiva el públic amb la seva espectacularitat i profunditat. La representació transporta l’espectador a un **viatge històric i teatral** que recrea els últims dies de Jesús, des del Sant Sopar fins a la seva resurrecció, amb una posada en escena d’una gran bellesa i intensitat dramàtica. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
