The track is around 5K one way, has just under 200m elevation and can be run – go and back – in a little bit over an hour... at least that's how long it takes me. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
