When was the last time you intentionally gave yourself an hour just for you?
Not scrolling, not working, not rushing somewhere — just **being with your own thoughts for a moment**.

What we are creating here is a gentle space to slow down and take that time. We’ll gather in a cosy café atmosphere and share a quiet hour where everyone can reconnect with themselves in their own way, surrounded by beautiful **sound bath music**.
You might journal, read, reflect on your week, think through something on your mind, or simply sit with a warm cup of tea and breathe for a while.
Just a small pause in the middle of the week.
**What will happen?**
During the Perfect Me Time, we will gently **open the space with a short grounding meditation (10-15 mins)** to help everyone transition from the busy day into a slower rhythm. Throughout the quiet hour, **soft sound bath elements** will be played in the background to support relaxation and focus. This will be a mostly **silent time (approximately 45 mins)**, where everyone is invited to spend the hour in their own way — journaling, reflecting, reading, thinking, or simply sitting with a warm cup of tea. At the end, we will **close the session with a short meditation (10-15 mins)** before transitioning back into conversation.

**What You Can Do:**
**✍️ Reflect & write** (journal, write thoughts, plans, or ideas, write a letter to yourself, etc.
**🧠 Think & process** (reflect on your week, think through something on your mind, set intentions for the coming days, etc. )
**📚 Read** (read a book, something inspiring, revisit notes or personal writings, etc.)
**🌿 Simply be** (sit quietly, enjoy tea slowly, breathe and relax, observe your surroundings, rest your mind)
**🫶🏻 Gentle personal rituals** (listen to the sound bath, sketch or doodle, write gratitude notes, plan your week intentionally, etc)
**What to Bring**
• A notebook or journal
• A book or something you’d like to read
• Whatever you might need for your me-time
• An open mind and a willingness to slow down
*You are welcome to order tea, coffee, or something small from the café during the event to support the venue.*
