A \~2 hours watercolor - gouache painting lesson. **About this course** The total watercolor, gouache or tempera course consists of around 30 lessons that last 2 hours each. You can join at any time during the course. At the start of the event you choose which material you will use. The lessons will happen almost every Tuesday at 19:00-21:00 in Berlin. This course is aimed at introducing the painting process with watercolor, gouache or tempera as the main medium. These lessons cover the various techniques and methodologies. It is suitable for beginners and or even professionals who want to rationalize the painting process. This special earth day edition of the mystery salon will dive into our understanding of and relationship to nature. Through a mixture of storytelling, discussion, and integration exercises we will be diving into the myths and legends that first governed indigenous beliefs around earth, elements and sacred nature- and how these have evolved over time into our modern experience. Covering topics that touch on the elements- and the power of nature, herbs, and sacred medicine- the focus of this salon is to examine our connection to nature, and how we may live back in balance again with nature. Working on prepared clay tiles, you’ll use underglazes and carving tools to create layered designs by scratching through the surface to reveal the clay beneath.
