Nicky Wrightson has worked as an engineer for over 20 years in many industries. She is currently working as Head of Engineering for topi - topi is a startup creating the tech infrastructure that will allow any retailer or manufacturer to offer Hardware-as-a-Service to business customers. Before this, Nicky had extensive technical leadership as a principal engineer at both Skyscanner and Financial Times where she led the delivery of operationally sustainable cloud-native architectures.

Laura Shrieves is engineering director for Thales Ground Transportation Systems, having held various engineering roles within software and systems over the last 17 years, in projects, product development and more corporate roles.
Laura understands the power of diversity and builds teams with this in mind to get the best out of people and for the business.
Laura has a BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, an MSc in Human Centered Computer Systems and is a fellow of both the IET and the Women Engineering Society.

Monal has a background in financial services (at Morgan Stanley and UBS) where she built software for investment banking operations as an engineer, system architect and manager of high performing, global cross functional teams. She is a relaxed runner who loves to travel.

Rajani is a Principal Engineer at U-Blox, a global leader in positioning and wireless communication technologies. In her role, Rajani is responsible for the development and commercialization of Location, Security and IoT solutions. As a certified AWS Solutions Architect, Rajani designs highly available, scalable and serverless services in the Cloud. Her work has been instrumental in the development of several U-Blox web services. She has over 20 years of software and engineering experience in companies including Philips, NXP Semiconductors and Geotate. She is passionate about technology and science and an advocate for women in STEM.
She enjoys reading books on leadership and personal development.
