Be prepared for your upcoming tech interview by learning what it takes to impress hiring managers! Gain the perspective of the Engineering Manager and Individual Contributor during this exciting panel with engineering leaders from WWCode Partner Depop. The panel will discuss technical interview common mistakes, and behavioral interviewing tips and provide practice questions. Join if you are considering applying for a new role, preparing for an interview, or have questions to ask our experts!

About the speakers:
Philippa Taprogge has worked in the software engineering space for over a decade. After leading SRE and platform engineering efforts across multiple startups and a stint in consulting, she now looks after one of Depop's data engineering teams. She is very passionate about inclusion and diversity in technology and a keen advocate for underrepresented gender identities.
Sara Alzetta is Engineering Manager at Depop and an anthropologist. She loves to work with and for people. She is passionate about travel and different cultures and curious to discover how far the human being can go with technology. She loves yoga and hates coriander.
Michelle Austin is software professional with over 10 years of industry experience. After starting her career in project and product roles, she learned to code through online courses and meet-up groups, switching to engineering in 2019. Currently working as a backend engineer using mostly Functional Scala, Michelle has also earned an AWS Developer Associate certification and enjoys learning about and using cloud technologies. Outside of tech, Michelle loves art and design, sci fi, music, and funny animal videos.
