Let’s start the week together with a gentle evening wellness walk at Colline du Château.
We’ll enjoy a relaxed walk as the sun goes down, then finish with a short guided stretch + breathwork to release tension and reset for the week ahead.
🧘♀️ What to expect:
- 30–40 min mindful walk (easy pace, all levels)
- 10–15 min gentle stretch + breathing exercises led by me
- A chance to move, connect, and enjoy the evening together
💶 Price: Free (donations welcome, but not required)
📍 Location: Colline du Château (exact meeting point will be posted before the event)
🧺 What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, a light sweater for evening, and water.
This event will be in English. Women of all backgrounds, cultures, and languages are welcome 💛.
