Discover the power of breath, energy mudras, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session. A workshop specially designed for people who say, “I can't meditate” and who are dealing with stress and lack of sleep.
Over two hours, you will explore:
1. Guided breathing (Pranayama) to improve concentration
2. Intentional mudras to rebalance energies
3. Yog nidra (3 hours of deep relaxation in 30-minute sessions)
