Join us for a fun but challenging outdoor bootcamp.

A great way to meet likeminded, english speaking friends supporting each other and get fit at the same time.
Suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome.

Aiste will help you to reach your fitness goals and feel more confident in your body!

What do you need:
-Exercise mat or towel
-Water
=An extra light layer to put on after the session as we like to go enjoy a coffee together :-)

This outdoor class is weather permitting and in case of rain we will change the location to Parc Martin Luther
