The morning is usually the coolest part of the day making it a good time to energise yourself while soaking in the first ray of the Sun. Practising yoga in the morning avoids any last-minute conflicts that may derail your intentions to step on your mat during the day. This class will combine the goodness of Pranayama and energising Asanas to help improve mental focus and concentration. The morning Yoga practice will aim to increase your mental clarity and ensure that you are prepared for work and can give your full attention and work with maximum efficiency and better prepared to face the day.
