Outdoor Power Flow Yoga with Sophia in the Tuileries

Our time together will be rooted in cultivating community, confidence and mind-body connection. All levels are welcome!


A bit about me: I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Hot Yoga Sculpt Coach. I spend the year teaching hot yoga at CorePower Yoga in California, but have the opportunity to spend the summers teaching yoga in Paris! I’m passionate about instilling joy in my student’s yoga practice and giving them the tools to become their strongest selves.

You can meet me at the Porte des Lions doorway inside the Jardin de Tuileries starting at 7:00 pm/ 19h to get settled and get to know other participants. We will walk over to our designated area at 7:15/19:15h to begin our flow. After class, you are always invited to stay and get to know the community! I will attach photos of the Port des Lions meeting point below.

You can bring a yoga mat or towel. Or, you can always practice directly on the grass!

For payment, classes 15 euros (10 euros for current students). Payment options are as follows:
