This group is created to practice different ways of self-healing, such as Meditation, Yoga, and Breathwork.
All of these practices have direct benefits—helping to release tension, feel more connected, adopt a more positive lifestyle, and live in the present moment rather than in the past or future.

Yoga:
Each session will focus on healing specific parts of the body. This will include improving posture, supporting gut health, uterus health, deep stretching, face yoga, and more.

Breathwork:
We will guide you through different practices where, even after just one session, you will feel relief from anxiety and pain, and experience a greater sense of relaxation, happiness, and freedom. Each class will target different concerns, with progressive sessions designed to bring visible changes to your physical and emotional well-being.

Meditation:
Our meditation practices will help you cultivate inner peace, self-love, and lasting happiness.
