A short after-work pause to reset: gentle yoga postures, homemade masala chai, and real conversations.

Why we gather:
In this fast life, we spend most of our time in front of a phone or laptop, looking down — not paying attention to our natural posture. Slowly, we build stress in our neck, shoulders, back, and hips.
Just observe yourself for a moment — does your back or neck hurt? Does your body feel tense?
If yes, you know exactly what we're talking about.
To target this, on 1st September, we will gather in a peaceful garden to find calm, improve our posture, and share genuine connection.
It’s a small taste of what’s to come in our bigger gatherings.
What to expect:
We’ll learn gentle yoga poses designed to target common posture issues.
Afterwards, warm up with homemade masala chai

Who it’s for:
Whether you're new to Lille or have been here a while — if your body’s been asking for a break, if you’re feeling the weight of screens, stress, or simply want to move, breathe, and connect — this space is for you.
Let’s slow down together, sip some chai, and share a moment that feels real.
This is a small-group gathering limited to 8 people for an intimate experience.

Evening Flow
🕖 7:00 PM – Arrival & Welcome
🧘 7:15 PM – Posture Yoga
🍵 8:15 PM – Masala Chai

💰 Fee: 8 euro
🤝 Respect the space and each other
🕰️ Be on time – we start the sessions together
🙏 If you can’t come, cancel in advance so someone else can join
