What Happens
1. Cold Open
We start with a bold question or provocation — no intros, no slides.
Just real thinking to kick things off:
“What if we’re building the wrong thing?”
“Why does this product deserve to exist?”
“If you had €1M and 3 years, what would you build?”
2. Builders’ Spotlight
A few people share:

• What they’re building
• What they’re stuck on
• One belief or intuition they’re testing

Then we open the floor. No teardown. No hype. Just clarity.
3. Open Floor
Anyone can step up and share:

• One thing they’re building
• One decision they’re sitting with
• One ask they want to put out to the room

Then we grab a drink and let collisions happen.
