Escape Paris: Garden Drawing Workshop & Themed BBQ
Small group – only 6 places available. Dampierre en Yvelines.
Join a small, friendly group in a beautiful garden in the Vallée de Chevreuse, where you can experiment with expressive drawing on large-format paper stretched on a wooden board, and enjoy a delicious themed BBQ afterward.

Price
Introductory price for the first atelier:
60 € per person, payment in cash on arrival
Children under 15: 30 €
Includes drawing materials, BBQ dinner, and two glasses of wine, lemonade and snacks.
Optional extras (large formats, framing, transport) are paid in cash on site.
Please RSVP only if you are sure you can attend. Places are limited to 6 participants.

We meet at 15:00 at the address, which I will send you in a private message after registration.
If you prefer, I can meet you at Saint Rémy lès Chevreuse railway station at 14:30 (RER B).
This option is limited to 4 people (first come, first served), contact me to ask.
Please try to be on time. On weekends taxis and bikes are often very busy in the area.
Transport by car to and from the station: +10 € totally per person.

Drawing Session (15:30 – 17:30)
A welcome cup of coffee or tea or a lemonade.
Each participant works on a big 60 × 60 cm board with specially stretched paper, using a traditional architectural studio technique that ensures perfectly flat paper ready for framing.
Optional formats available:

• XL 60 × 85 cm (+10 €)
• XXL 135 × 65 cm (+20 €)

All papers are professional high-quality thick papers stretched on boards.
All materials are provided, including:

• watercolor
• acrylic
• charcoal / fusain
• pastel
• pencils and felt-tip pens

You are also welcome to bring your own tools if you wish.
During the session I invite you to experiment with mixed techniques and expressive styles. I will guide you and help you explore colors, textures, and graphic compositions.
At the end of the session I will cut the paper from the board, and you will take your artwork home.
If you wish, I can also frame it for you before you leave (optional framing: about 30 €).

BBQ & Convivial Moment (18:00 – 19:30)
After drawing, we share a themed BBQ dinner in the garden.
Each atelier features a different cuisine theme, for example:

• Japanese style BBQ
• Caucasus BBQ
• Uzbek plov
• Chicken wings (for kids and adults)

For this event on Saturday the 18 th of April 2026 I propose a Caucasus theme BBQ & vegetables & fire oven made sourdough rye bread.
I prepare also some homemade sauces.
The workshop includes two glasses of wine and lemonade.
You are also welcome to bring additional drinks if you like.
Vegetarian BBQ options and snacks will also be available.
This is a moment to relax, enjoy the garden, talk, and celebrate the artworks created during the afternoon.
