Moderate ride: Ludran and Saxel backroad

Vallée verte time. We will ride out of Geneva along quiet roads next to the river Menoge, climb the bucolic col de Ludran, stop for a coffee (perhaps a waffle and a gamble too?) in the Boëge PMU (if it's open), and then climb Saxel via its lesser-known backroad.

The pace will be moderate (aiming for 21-22kph average). For a description of our club's ride levels, see here.

The Saturday weather forecast is currently "nice". Bring your layer game for the early morning chill and the descents. Sunscreen!?

NOTE: For moderate rides you should be able to keep the average pace (~21-22 kph in this case), have ridden before in a group, comfortably and safe. No passing on the right!
