Brighton Photography Workshops

Sadly, Brighton Photography Workshops is leaving Meetup on 9th September.
Although some of the classes are sold out and the majority are well attended, unfortunately none of the bookings come through Meetup. The vast majority of the bookings come through the website, Instagram ads or Eventbrite.
Given that Meetup costs £300 per year to maintain, there seems little point in continuing on the platform. This is a big change from when I ran the site on Meetup pre-Covid, when the majority of my bookings came from it. However, it is fair to say that Meetup itself has changed quite dramatically since then, charging both organisers and group members more for access to basic features.
