'Courage to Bro' support groups are safe spaces for men to share and connect with other men through mutual struggles and experiences.

These groups are led by average Joe's, FOR average Joe's...and our masks are left at the door! Whether it's your husband-mask, work-mask, or dad-mask you wear to hide your authentic self, we invite you to a group where you can comfortably take that off.

We generally have 8-14 men per group, keeping numbers low so that all have an opportunity to share and participate.

Our great hope is that every man who attends will forge deep, long lasting connections that can be a brotherhood to lean on if ever in an emotional crisis.
