Why we meet?
In the middle of the week, take a pause — for your body, mind, and heart. We live in a world that moves fast, leaving our bodies tense and our minds heavy. This session is about slowing down, gently stretching deep into your muscles, feeling that sweet release that brings back peace and energy and reconnect with a cup of chai and relaxed conversation.

What to expect:
- For yoga no experience needed — just come as you are.
- We'll finish with breathing exercise to calm the mind.
- After yoga we will provide a cup of masala chai.
- Real conversations — because when you feel light and free, connection flows naturally.

Who it’s for:
Whether you're new to Lille or have been here a while — if your body’s been asking for a break, or simply want to move, breathe, and connect - this space is for you.

This is a small-group gathering limited to 10 people for an intimate experience, and—weather permitting—in a garden setting.
