In a safe, non-judgmental space, we’ll move through powerful breathwork exercises, somatic grounding, and freestyle dance to shed layers of stress, shame, and emotional tension. This is your invitation to let go of perfection, tune into your body’s natural rhythm, and express whatever is alive in you through movement, sound, and breath.

You’ll be gently guided to:

We’ll close with soulful connection over drinks and snacks on a terrace with a beautiful view, an open space to share, reflect, or simply enjoy the moment.

During this workshop, you will learn how to make beautiful macarons, then personalize them by decorating or painting them according to your creativity and personality. You will also have the chance to enjoy a champagne-based cocktail.

Our culinary experts will guide you through making your own fresh corn tortillas from scratch, and then you’ll use them to create delicious tacos with a selection of flavorful fillings.
