Summer Carbonara is a fresh, seasonal twist on a classic Italian pasta dish. It combines eggs, Parmigiano, and Pecorino with zucchini, lemon, and mint for a lighter, brighter flavor that feels perfect for warmer days. In our class, we make it with handmade pici, whose rustic texture holds the sauce beautifully.

La carbonara d’été est une version fraîche et de saison d’un grand classique italien. Elle associe œufs, Parmigiano et Pecorino à des courgettes, du citron et de la menthe, pour une saveur plus légère et pleine de fraîcheur, parfaite pour les beaux jours. Pendant l’atelier, nous la préparons avec des pici faits à la main, dont la texture rustique retient merveilleusement la sauce.

During this workshop you will be able to discover the porcelain painting. You will start by choosing a shape among our selection of porcelain (mug, plate, cup, box, etc.), then you can let your imagination run wild and decorate your piece with our special tools and paints !
You leave with your painted porcelain and the precise cooking instruction to make the final step at home. Once your porcelain cooked in a regular oven (150 °C), you will be able to wash it with the dishwacher.

Begin your experience with an introduction to the concept and space, where you'll learn about the inspiration behind this vibrant studio dedicated to pilates on the mat and on reformer. Next, one of the studio’s expert coaches will guide you through a 50-minute reformer pilates session, suitable for all levels. Don’t forget your grip socks—they’re essential for the class! (You can bring your own or purchase some at the studio.) After the session, gather in the cozy coffee shop area for an opening circle while savouring a delicious drink as you connect with friends. 💫
