Classical Music: Playing Solo or Ensemble

Hi everyone!
Let's get together and share our passion for making music! This is a regular meetup for amateur musicians of all levels and abilities to perform for each other and socialize. We strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where every musician feels welcome.
What Are We Going to Do?
You can play solo or ensemble piece(s) at any stage of performance-readiness. This is not a recital - works-in-progress and fragments of works are welcome! You might also meet other musicians who are interested in preparing duets or other ensembles. Those who are good at sight reading may choose to play in duets or trios. Please bring the scores for the pieces you want to play, or that you wish to play with others. Giving compliments and discussion of the music is welcome, but please, no unsolicited criticism of performances. The studio has a grand piano, and non-pianists bring their own instruments. Sorry, no loud percussion or amplification allowed. In wet weather, boots must be removed. So, you might want to bring indoor shoes.
The Meetup Structure
We will meet at 3:00 at Centre des Musiciens du Monde. The studio is up one flight of stairs, in a room with a grand piano. We play, listen, and chat about music for 2 hours.
Costs Per Person
$10 each (payable by cash at the meetup, or by e-transfer to the organizer)
