A unique practice where we will meditate with breath and sound, moving into a gentle flow (for 20minutes), progressing into a 20minute vinyasa practice followed by 20minutes of restorative rest with music, soft bodily touch / massage and scented oils - to feel into the body and senses.

60minutes of mixing foundational yogic rituals to help bring us back to the present and connect with mind body & soul.

Class will be in English.
18yrs & over.
All Levels / No previous exprinece necessary - but please note the vinyasa practice involves moving the body, so consideration to suitability is your responsibility.

There are stairs to the studio.
Toilets and a communal changing room available.
No lockers.
