Nous organisons le Paris Gemma 4 Hackathon en partenariat avec l’association 42 Artificial Intelligence et en collaboration avec Google.

Gemma est une famille de modèles d’IA ouverts, légers et à la pointe de la technologie, développés par Google.

Rejoignez-nous pour une journée de hackathon dédiée aux développeurs, builders, chercheurs, entrepreneurs, étudiants et curieux qui souhaitent prototyper des applications concrètes avec Gemma 4.

Pendant l’événement, les participants pourront former des équipes, imaginer une solution, construire un prototype fonctionnel et préparer une soumission permettant aux juges d’évaluer les meilleurs projets.

$2,000 en cash sont à gagner pour les vainqueurs du hackathon et seront fournis par Google(Kaggle).

TRACKS DU HACKATHON
The GenAI for Good Track
Récompense la meilleure application répondant à des enjeux à fort impact, notamment dans la santé, l’éducation, l’agriculture ou les défis civiques.
The Edge / On-Device Track
Récompense la meilleure application mobile, web ou edge exécutant Gemma localement, pour une inférence offline et respectueuse de la vie privée.
The Autonomous Agent Track
Récompense la meilleure utilisation du native function calling de Gemma 4 pour construire des agents IA locaux capables d’interagir avec des APIs externes.

SOUMISSION DES PROJETS
Les projets seront évalués à partir des éléments soumis par les participants.

Les soumissions devront inclure :
Live Demo
Une URL ou des fichiers permettant de tester la démo fonctionnelle. Cela peut être une web app hébergée, un enregistrement interactif dans un terminal ou un Kaggle Notebook entièrement fonctionnel.
Kaggle Writeup
Un rapport technique publié sur Kaggle détaillant l’architecture du projet, la manière dont Gemma 4 a été utilisé, les défis rencontrés et le processus d’ingénierie.
Public Code Repository
Un lien vers un dépôt public, par exemple GitHub ou Kaggle Notebook. Le code doit être bien documenté et montrer clairement l’implémentation de Gemma 4.

We are organizing the Paris Gemma 4 Hackathon in partnership with 42 Artificial Intelligence and in collaboration with Google.

Gemma is a family of lightweight, state of-the-art open AI models from Google.

Join us for a one-day hackathon dedicated to developers, builders, researchers, entrepreneurs, students, and curious minds who want to prototype real-world applications with Gemma 4.

During the event, participants will be able to form teams, explore ideas, build a working prototype, and prepare a submission that will allow judges to evaluate the best projects.

$2,000 in cash prizes will be awarded to the hackathon winners and will be provided by Google(Kaggle).

HACKATHON TRACKS
The GenAI for Good Track
Awarded to the best application addressing high-impact topics such as healthcare, education, agriculture, or civic challenges.
The Edge / On-Device Track
Awarded to the best mobile, web, or edge application running Gemma locally for offline, privacy-first inference.
The Autonomous Agent Track
Awarded to the best use of Gemma 4’s native function calling to build local AI agents that interact with external APIs.

PROJECT SUBMISSION
Projects will be evaluated based on the materials submitted by participants.
Submissions must include:
Live Demo
A URL or files that allow judges to test the working demo. This can be a hosted web app, an interactive terminal recording, or a fully functional Kaggle Notebook.
Kaggle Writeup
A technical report published on Kaggle detailing the project architecture, how Gemma 4 was used, the challenges overcome, and the engineering process.
Public Code Repository
A link to a public repository, such as GitHub or a Kaggle Notebook. The code must be well documented and clearly show the implementation of Gemma 4.
