19:45 – “First-Order Methods for Nonsmooth Nonconvex Optimization. Applications in Imaging" by Pauline Tan, Post-Doc Researcher @CMLA (ENS Paris-Saclay)

Abstract : Most of the tasks in image processing can be reformulated into an optimization problem. Solving such a problem will depend on the structure and/or complexity of the problem and of the data. In this talk, I will illustrate this challenging problem thanks to two practical examples.
